How long must I wait for funds?

Before 2 PM (weekdays): Funds in your account by 8 PM same day

After 2 PM or weekends: Funds by 11 AM next business day

Can I get a loan if I’m under Debt Review?

Unfortunately not. The NCA (National Credit Act) prohibits loans to consumers under Debt Review. However, we can help you get REMOVED from Debt Review via our professional removal service.

I don’t receive payslips. Can I still apply?

No. The Affordability Regulations of the NCA requires assessment of payslips and bank statements to verify income and your affordability.

Will my bank details be safe?

Yes, absolutely. We use modern security programs to safeguard your sensitive information. Your data is encrypted and protected in accordance with POPIA.

How can I improve my chances of approval?

1. Provide all required information completely
2. Attach all supporting documents (bank statements, payslip, ID)
3. Improve your affordability – visit our DIY section
4. Ensure your bank account reflects your salary income

I only started my new job a month ago. Can I apply?

Unfortunately not yet. We require 3 months of bank statements reflecting your salary income from your current employer. Please contact us once you have 3 months of statements. In the meantime, use our DIY program to improve your affordability.

Am I a pensioner? Can I apply?

Yes! We welcome all pensioners with regular monthly pension income. Simply provide your pension advice and 3 months of bank statements.

Can I change my bank while I have a loan?

Yes, you may. However, an unsuccessful debit check collection will have a negative impact on your credit score. We advise you contact us to make the necessary adjustments to your repayment details.

Can I repay my loan with EFT if my debit check fails?

Yes, you may! EFT repayment prevents negative listing on your credit report and shows responsible payment behaviour.
